You want to drink alcohol and still manage to gain muscle?
I recommend the CKD diet, I am not affiliated with any scheme or anything - it just works. A whole week of strictness and then some relaxation on the weekends.
Although, the best way to gain muscle and lose weight is to become seriously addicted to this way of life, cheap frills only set you back in your goals.
I am willing to change my life style, i just want to start getting in shape for any cost
Drink is catabolic so it hinders muscle growth quite a lot, I have noticed it myself. Give yourself a break from drink, the odd glass of red wine will be okay and actually give you some nice health benefits from the resveratrol.
If you smoke, just stop. Lift heavy, try 5X5 with your lifts and keep adding weight when you feel you are finding it to easy.
Is there any products that could help me with this?
Before thinking about which products you should buy, you should figure out your training plan, and your eating plan to support your training and to get you to your goals. You can get help with this from the stickies in the beginners section, and Spiderdan's beginners thread has been rated highly by others.
In figuring our your training and eating plan, you'll have also figured out your maintenance calories, and the calories you should consume to aid in fat loss. At this point, you are in a better position to decide whether you need to buy any supplements to aid you in your goal. For example, having looked at your eating plan, you might decide that you are not consuming enough protein - two options here, buy more meat and put it on your plate, or buy a protein shake to supplement with.
Products wise, I would look at protein or carb sources if and only if you are having a hard time reaching your protein or carb totals for the day. The protein and carb supplements don't do anything magic over eating food, they offer convenience, nothing more. For health and wellbeing, you might consider supplementing with fish oil which has been shown to have health and fat loss benefits. Again, if you already eat decent amounts of oily fish, fish oil supplements won't do much more for you as you're already getting the benefit of fish oil from your diet without supplementation.
Good Luck.
Read spider dan's beginners guide!!!
Not only will it have everything you need to know in it, it'll give you a very clear kick up the ****. He's pretty blunt in it and basically points out that there's no magic pill or wishful thinking, goals take dedication and very hard work. You'll only start achieving them when you start taking it seriously.
