I believe soaking them in water to create a "gel" type consistency is the best way and you can preserve the nutrients without having to cook them that way.
Yeah, I'll have a look on the net when I finish this round of LX. From what I've been reading, Chia seeds sound great.

Chia and hemp seeds are the only seeds with a full amino acid count, I believe. Chia are a lot easier to digest from what I have heard... Definitely give them a go if you have some spare cash laying around - I will get some when I get a chance and review them too.

I think for me, I want to concentrate on Lifting Heavy and do the cardio for around 30 mins after weights and an hours on my off days. But thanks for the suggestion.

If you are lifting heavy and eating fairly clean, sticking to decent macros - then you don't even need cardio to lose weight...

I know, but I'm loving the heavy bag, and buring off extra calories isnt a that much of a burden, lol.
Like so many people have said, in terms of losing fat, cardio is the least important. Diet = 80% of fat loss

I'm sorry it's off topic, but the BCAA's and MCT oil before a workout: how long before your workout do you take it, and should you do it on an empty stomach? Ta
