Ok, I've attached a few pics from today. Looking at these I personally feel the need to cut - what do you think? Would you continue with the lunch time cardio and same diet/workout plan? Not sure if I can drop any more calories although I've not tracked them that closely (starting to now). Interested to hear what you think!

If you want you can focus on cutting while summer is here so you can show off abs and stuff - if you are vain :P
Otherwise, if you are still trying to add mass and bulk up, then just keep piling in the food and lifting heavy... you can cut when you hit your size goals.
With the program that you are on, you could stick to it and see if it is working for a bit longer. Or, you can mix it up and do different programs on different days, confuse your muscles a bit.
