First of all Hi folks! The other week whilst training my vision went white and was followed by a migraine for about 2 days. I took a trip to A+E and they checked me over for aneurism but seemed unlikely. Anyone ever experienced anything similar? It occured while i was doing a full body workout and was finishing up on some ab work using medicine ball, gym ball and one of those ab-rollers. I have been told a few possibilities such as temporary rise in bp or hypoglycemia. However, I was interested to know what you guys think and if it has been mentioned before. Thanks, Si

I have no expertise in this area at all, but it does sound like either blood pressure or hypoglycemia. Keep things very light until you find the cause.

What is your overall health like? What is a typical day's diet for you etc?

    Also, hi and welcome

Hi minihulk thanks for your reply. My diet is pretty good, however I'm not religious on eating 100% healthy. I don't eat food high In saturated fat and salt etc. I'm 25, 6'3 and weigh 85kg. Not overweight however my cardio isn't too good. Not sure on my eating pattern on the day but usually eat 5 - 6 times a day. As far as the workouts go I previously did shorter sessions training specific muscle groups separately but switched to full body twice a week but less weight while my elbow injury recovered

Like James said - we don't want to advise in case things go bad and it blows up in our face. Just take things very slowly, get your doctor to monitor you - especially blood pressure and things. Grab some gingko biloba if the blood pressure is high and start munching on some raw beetroot... mainly these two things alone - helped get my gf's blood pressure down by 20 within a month.

You never had any other issues with BP or any heart problems that you know about?
