    Hi, can anybody recommend the amount of oats to use with 1 scoop of MP whey impact for a morning start??

    id say about 75-100g, should sort you out with enough calories etc for a decent breakfast

    Hi, i was just looking at your Blog and very impressive it was. I was wondering if you have any diet tips? I'm new to all this and trying to re-train my lifestyle/diet.. So any happy is gladly welcomed.

    id say it has more to do with amount of liquid than whey. i find 50g per 200ml of liquid then add in whatever whey you need to meat daily requirements,
    the more liquid you put in the easier oats are to drink.

    Ok, i'm looking at 1 scoop twice a day (breakfast and evening) with an extra drink after the days i work out.. But to be honest i'm new to this and i'm not entirely sure if im taking the right amount for me.. At the moment i'm training 3/4 times a week.

    general concensus is 1-1.5g protein per lb of bodyweight, be that from shakes or real food. obviously real food is preferable but whey is an extremly easy cheap way of getting protein into the diet.

    there are alot of websites like www.foodfocus.co.uk that let you input your daily diet and then will break it down to protein/carbs/fat and calories for you so you can see roughly where you are

    3 times every day I have 100g oats with 1 scoop of whey.
