Sorry for the slight vagueness of my proceeding comment but i did not keep a traning log when i started! Stronglifts is a great program dont get me wrong but this is what worked for me: When i started lifting i was weighing in at roughly 66kg, low bodyfat % and just wanted to bulk up. I managed to get up to 74kg in around two months following the 20 rep squats and milk program, not sure of my muscle:fat gain ratio but i could still see my abs and was still quite lean. I used exactly the routine covered in this link 20 Rep Squat Routine Muscle Building Workout although i suggest you supplement it with compound exercises after afew weeks to ensure your getting big all over, such as overhead press, deadlifts, barbell or dumbbell bench press, also some barbell curls and skullcrushers to ensure your arms are packing on some size aswell. Start easy on the milk, 1 litre a day and build up, make sure it's whole aswell or there aint no point! And the most important bit when squatting make sure you go DEEP!...ATG!
