    remember protein isnt anything magical.....its just food.

    i get a funny feeling you think protein is a wonder drug that builds muscle and strips fat and tightens loose skin if you take it post workout ( in a sense it is...but not in the way i think you think it is..)

    I couldn't stop smiling to myself after reading this reply,I will be honest with you but when I was going to the gym there were days when I couldn't catch up with the daily intake of protein so I thought buying supplement protein can help out,because it's only a quick drink and you get some protein in you.sometimes you just can't be bothered cooking or maybe u might not have any protein source at home so it is good to have a supplement.

    quick and easy thats the great thing about protein supplements, but as i said before they dont give you the fullness (satiety) feeling as if youve just ate proper food, thats the downside so 20mins after chugging 200cal of protein in shake form you probably will still feel just as hungry....fill up on food first is the key
