Hi guys,
I have never really properly trained, but have always had quite a toned, but slim physique.
I'm looking to bulk up a little, while obviously retaining my natural tone.
To kick things off, can anyone recommend supplements and generic diet advice?
I was thinking of just starting with Impact Whey Protein from MP (Impact Whey Protein from Myprotein)..
Any comments/advice greatly appreciated!

compound movements, like squats, pull ups, dips, etc. a good clean balanced diet rich in protein carbs and healthy fats. and plenty of sleep. and you should be ok. and you cant go wrong with impact whey its good stuff my favorate is melon, very very well priced and no bs. it is what it is.
