You want to lose weight so bought a big bag of sugar (dextrose)?
Thermopure doesn't really do anything either.
So do you want to lose weight or just body fat?
Welcome to the forums btw![]()
Any advice on weight loss etc would be much appreciated.

Looking at starting the gym. Few weights, running and swimming. Also do boxing.
Just bought some, Green Tea and Thermopure, Dextrose and MP Max Protein.
Basically took the advice off the diet plan on the main site.
So any advice welcome, best way to take these, food. etc.

"When I see a program that says three sets of eight reps? That's the stupidest f**king thing ever. If it doesn't have a specific percentage based on a specific max, it's useless. That's the hallmark of someone who doesn't understand basic programming." - Jim Wendler
Thanks for your reply. I decided to buy the dextrose after reading about the energy boost they give you post and pre workout. As I don't tend to gas out every now and then.
I need to lose my beer gut and man boobs to be hones. Wouldn't mind some shape to :-) I have stated to watch what I eat also.
Hi
If you post up what you eat now , with amounts, maybe we can help.
I'm not sure if you have read SpiderDans Beginners Guide, but it's a good place to start. It should answer a lot of your questions .
Best bit of advice I can offer (and I'm in the same boat, but moobs are decreasing and fat is 'changing to muscle' slowly), is preparation is key!
I was finding last year I was working my backside off, with minimal results, and the main problem is I work away a lot so I was grabbing stuff at services/mcdonalds (for wifi) etc.
About a month ago, I started making big batches of soups, stews and homemade curries on a Sunday, and freezing them so I only have to stick it in the microwave for a tasty, quick meal, or take a soup with me in a thermos in the car. I put on half a stone (mostly Baileys!) over xmas, but that's already gone again now. Lentils are great in soups - low fat high protein!
