what are your goals? you mentioned getting toned - have you got a specific target e.g. lose 6kg ?
do you get any other exercise aside from the speed walking? weight training wont make u muscle bound! :-)
some of the experts on here in terms of nutrition will be able to better critique im sure but on the face of it:
- not a lot of fats in there aside from the dairy and the almonds/peanut butter?
- id probably leave out the hovis bread and get some freshly made bread from the local baker/sainsburys counter!
- im lazy so id put the banan into the morning shake instead of having it directly afterwards!
how long have u been on this diet? are u getting results?
nothing wrong with the odd biscuit! personally i cant resist the odd ice cream!
