    i should add im around 73kg at the moment on 5ft 10
    looking to bulk up to 80 but am finding the eating part difficult - need to prepare better..
    veggie might!

    Yes pretty self explanatory

    Just keeping doing sets of however many till you reach 100.
    Try to alternate grips each set

    21 pb, yday 20 :-/ could of probably squeezed a few more out but biceps felt like they were about to explode

    Ha I tried this the other day for the fitstream dead hang comp. And you have to say one second when your hanging at the bottom. Managed 19 wide grip pull ups

    Haven't done to failure but i do sets of 20. My dad was doing sets of 80 when he 50 years old!

    Erm, are you sure he's doing sets of 80 FULL ROM (arms fully extended, chin over bar) pull-ups? If so, that's probably one of the greatest in the world. However, this also assumes that he's not doing any 1-arm hanging, that makes it easier.

    I can do 23 pull-ups and around 25 chins. I hope to add 2 to each of those PBs by next weekend. My BW is 60kg, I can do +20KG for 6 reps at the moment.
    Pull Ups 23. Bench 50kgx5+ Smith Squat 60kgx10+
    That's all I know for now.
