palms facing away from you pull ups - just wondering, ever tried to see how many you can do in one go - one set only no rest!

not really bothered what speed you do them but good form so no half reps

i saw a book on amazon the title of which was something like "50 pull ups in 7 weeks"
cant believe that could be if you were starting from 0!

for me anyway - the best exercise for building lats of steel

sooo. how many can you do??

No. What you need is a specially designed shirt that allows room for expansion of the lats. I'm wearing one in my avatar, see? It's called a Lat Shirt but I hear people calling them vests too. I've seen vids of James and Odevans wearing them, which tells you all you need to know about how well they work.

Lol! might be time to ditch the footie shirt for one of those

seriously? i wear my kamon wing chun black t shirt - it seems to get a better response when i need to procure a dumbell from the gym goer who has to have all the weights he needs for his 5 set's worth of shoulder presses lined up by his bench !
    dam that ticks me off..
