    Hey,

I am looking to try and find an online personal trainer.

At the minute I am going to the gym and doing things with no set routine and also healthy eating but with no set diet.

I wanted to be able to speak to somebody via email who will be able to advise me on exercises, diet, supplements and tell me what I should be doing at the gym and what I should be eating to get my goals of losing the belly, dropping a couple of jean sizes and getting bigger arms

Obviously I will be paying them for their time, I have tried ibodz I think it was but that was pretty much just a generic workout and wasn't very "personal"

    Thanks

Use your hard earned money for a PT to actually train and motivate you, use us here for all your questions
"Squatting on a Bosu ball makes it so much more challenging!" So does getting tapped in the balls while squatting, want me to do that too?

Well, I and all the guys here can help with that, and you'll be saving money!

When a beginner usually comes on here, the first thing that's usually asked is if you could post up what your doing at the moment.

Stats - weight, bf% etc, current lift numbers
    Diet - what your eating
Training - how your training, what your doing

So if you gave us those, you'd get some great advice.

After several months working out at home I recently joined a local gym. I joined a proper weight lifting gym, being very skinny it was quite intimidating going but the people I've spoken to have been very friendly, but more importantly they have a couple of PT's that only charge £20 a session - which I think is pretty good value. I've learnt loads from the few sessions so far, added to the info gathered from this forum has been great for me, both motivationally and my knowledge.

There's no such thing as a stupid question, if unsure ask away! Good luck in reaching your goals.
