got some iron woody bands recently more of an impulse buy then when i got them realised i had really no idea what to do with them... haha

anyway did a bit of googling and mobility and activation came up a lot, don't really know much about it sa had a read, and its seems like good stuff for recovering form injuries, preventing injuries and warming up etc. i have a bad shoulder and my posture isn't amazing though i do try to correct it, when ever i remember.

wondering if anyone could post some good articles or give some information and good movements/exercises to try.

    any information would be appreciated.

Pull aparts & Shoulder dislocations helped with my posture and shoulders.

Id also use them to turn your glutes on before any session with, x-band walks and lying band clams.

Theyre awesome for being creative with too - attaching to things etc.
"Squatting on a Bosu ball makes it so much more challenging!" So does getting tapped in the balls while squatting, want me to do that too?

yea been having fun with the pull aparts, was doing them before i even new what they was called. do them randomly through out the day i do quite enjoy them ha, tried x band walks and it really does get you backside doesn't it, i didn't think it would but after 15 reps or so could really feel it
do shoulder dislocations too, some reason i really enjoy doing them as well and just messing about with the band in anyway i can

got all bands from purple to black, the black one is a beast, cant do hardly any upper body stuff with it. id say standing on it and dead lifting is fairly close to 70kg maybe even 80kg was trying to get it round my shoulders to squat with, but was more on my neck and i didn't think it was a good idea ha

Haha, yeah I've got a similar brand kit like that, goes up to something pretty ridiculous. I think i added them all up once and it was like 400lbs+

The resistance is at the end of the movement though, not the beginning. So if you did a band deadlift, it'd be super easy 'off the floor' but tough at the top.

But yeah, they are great fun and those xband walks fry your ass more than any barbell move!
