Update and thoughts...

My hand is on the mend so I should be back to some form of lifting in 2 weeks time. On a bodyweight and conditioning note I am still pursuing my goals of beingable to run 10k. today I ran a comfortable 4 miles. the only thing holding me back are my knees which started to get tender near the end of the run.
Here are some thoughts of mine -
A few sets of Flutterkicks to failure every other day have done wonders for my running and my hip flexor problems (It usedto be hell to squat) I cannot rate them high enough and you can do them whenever/wherever you are!
Running is actually very fun. Especially as I progress on I have really started to look forward to runs these past few weeks.
My 1.5 mile run time is 10.04 which I did 2 weeks ago. this is pretty near my goal of ~9.30.
I look forward to being able to function as normal when my hand is healed. I think that is all for now.
P.s.
I dont know what I weigh now but hopfully less then 14st.
