My hand is on the mend so I should be back to some form of lifting in 2 weeks time. Today I was asked to compete at the GBPF Junior Opens in november by Jim one of the head coaches at the gym im training at.. If I do I will Just continue training as normal with no peaking cycle and deload the week before the comp. It is 27th November too. If I did enter I would look to Squat 200, Bench 130 and Pull 230.
