Where I am now

Since i graduated, i had been doing some manual labour, which was all good, and gave me time to spend with my gf and ripped the bf off of me, but i havent been in the gym for a while now, which is getting to me
I had problems with my right shoulder, but they seem okay. I had physio, but i was told i have an imbalane in my left, which means it sits higher up on my person than the right. i also suspect that my right has a persistant RC issue and any over training is always going to trigger it ( i did it 3 years ago and it has not healed ), so going to take it easy with shoulders.
I had problems with my legs. My old house kitchen ceiling was 2 inches too short for me, so i had constant back pain and nerve pain down my right leg and lower back, giving me pins and needles...very uncomfortable and a bit painful, but that has gone now.
I still have issues with my creaky knees, and two weeks ago, i twisted my left ankle which is still healing, and busted the same knee somehow. i finished the game, went home with no injuries. the next day and ever since, i have problems putting any weight on that leg, and it still "gives way" everynow and again, and seems to "lock out" / fully extend before the knee muscles stop the joint going into full extension ( if that makes sense), which hurts
As you can imagine, i am going to take leg training easy, but i imagine i will get into the gym and be doing countless press ups and chin ups for a while. I have a temporary job but hopefully after christmas, get something better, train hard, start Thai boxing and Jujitsu and then go travelling for a few months in the summer before starting a pHD ( if i find one !)
Lookin forward to training again, and getting back into it. Its going to be hard, as i have little disposable income ( Tory bell ends cuts have left my mum needing an extra £600 a month for rent, so me and my brothers need to help out with that. Cant go spending £ 50 a week on food anymore, back to mince and milk !
