Back in Florida after spending the last few weeks at GB training camp, was great prep training in the Olympic pool, the atmosphere in the summer will be amazing!!!

Just had my lastest delivery of MP goodies shipped over including some tasty chocolate substitutes for my sweet tooth! Thanks MP!

Tough few months for me, gutted not to have qualified for the Paralympics, a 12th gold medal in the pool this summer would have seen me surpass the legendary Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson's British-record number of paralympic golds! Unbelievable!

Last years tricep injury and a bout of pnemonia meant it just wasn't my year!

On a positive note, I'm made up to have MP as my sponsor - 1st MP photo shoot done and loving the MP products!

Had my 1st MP photo shoot a few weeks ago, was loads more fun that I thought it would be, the MP team did a good job of keeping me happy with tasty protein bars!

Great to be back at training after my groin injury and getting excited for the European Champs starting tomorrrow! So nice to be competing on home turf, its the 1st time the Europeans have been held in the UK so hoping for a big crowd. Great prep for the Olympics....not too long to ...
