  1. Weight loss while maintaining size/strength

    This is my 1st post........

    Iv been training for a while now but never really watched what i ate too much, my motto was the more the merrier, as in aslong as i got my protein intake and i could be fine and if i wanted to lose abit of weight id just do more CV. Iv recently started to take things a little more serious but how can maintain my size n strength but trim down i.e get ripped - i am struggling because i dont want reverse the good progress i have made..
