gyms in eastbourne
hey everyone i need some help with finding a gym in eastbourne. i was living in brighton last year and went to the university gym and cheetahs gym. this year im moving in with my girlfriend and need a hand finding a decent gym in eastbourne not too far from seaside road. i dont have a car and am on a tight transport budget (having to travel to brighton and back 4 days a week for uni is a bit pricey). so far i have found work house gym, body matter gyms and fitness first (fitness first might be too far for me). does anybody go to these gyms or is able to reccomend a decent gym in eastbourne around that area? i need a place where they at least let you deadlift and have some decent weights. my stats are
incline bench: 110kg
thanks alot for your help!
nice stats, how come incline bench 110?
so your flat bench is about 120?
gym in Eastbourne:

This won't answer your question but how good is the Uni gym? Does it have a squat rack? Im in Eastbourne myself and im also at Brighton Uni.

adsmithy: the brighton gym mousclecomb is extremly basic not worth it in my opinion. they have no squat rack, dumbells go up to 30kg only and all the machine stacks are quite light. the eastbourne gym on the other hand is quite nice. they have a squat rack, lots of benches, lots of plates and machines. dumbells only go up to 45kg though. if you want a truely hardcore gym in brighton id reccomend cheetahs gym in hove. i trained there on and off and each session was one worth reembering.
so noone train in eastbourne?
