    Cool, thanks guys.
I think I am going to work out changes for my routine soon then, been doing this split for approx 9 months now (although I constantly mix up exercises, isolation/compounds, weights and rep ranges so it's not as bad as it sounds!)

I've got 2 weeks off of work soon, so having 5 weeks after this week til I am off (1 week pre holiday, then one week in sunny Magaluf in a group of 21 mates! ) so will prob simply allow myself off of the gym solid for those two weeks to completely rest, then start a new routine after that.

I will talk to some of the lads at my gym too, as a few are pro. rugby players and often do set hypertrophy or push/pull workouts for their opinions too (not discounting what you guys have said at all, I wanna combine everything and take over the world! )

I reckon a complete change up in my routine for a few months could really help shock my body.

Wish I coulda been more dedicated to CV til now so i coulda hardened up for my holiday, but never mind!

Yeh I know mate, but it's trying to fit it all in, i don't wanna abbreviate my current workouts too much, and don't have as much free time before/after work as i would like so can't simply do it then either.

Such is life though ay, just gotta do the best we can!
How about if i took an entire week off of weights and purely did CV? reckon this would kick start my weight loss again?

Yeh I know mate, i think, underneath, I may be building quite a solid muscular foundation, it'd just be nice to be able to see it!
I'm not obese or anything, but as a typical endomorph, my body thinks its funny to carry excess padding at all times!

had the fear everyone would remind me of that!
i know that there is no magic pill or quick fix to fat loss, it's just kinde infuriating that i can continue to make small yet significant gains in musculature, strength, endurance etc. yet my metabolism stays really low and my BF sees to alter (for the better!) very little!
