its gonna happen first time you try something new, just practice until you get the muscle memory

ok, ill try that! muscle memory, isnt that sumthin completely different?![]()
How many sets and exercises are you doing for your triceps?
i think it's the mind-muscle connection you are trying to increase rather than muscle memory...thats the way that the body allows itself to return to a former musculature after a long lay off etc.
I am revising my routine soon so no doubt will experience the exact same problem, you are always going to have stronger and weaker muscles in comparison to one another.
Best of luck pal![]()
my apologies, its what I call muscle memory (or movement memory), i mean mind-muscle as you call it.
forgiven!Quote

It's an awesome feeling when you do get it right though...I find myself doing EZ bar curls and almost thinking about lifting the weight and my biceps brachii contracts...its a great feeling, just gotta try and get that feeling with everything else now!![]()
for my triceps only? well i do tricep pushdown, but by the end of the workout they wer knakkered from doing all the other compound exercises anyway. im sure it will get betta in time after all thats what its all about.
btw calf raises and sldl on the same day, ive never had muscle soreness like it, hey at least i kno its working.
