    just wonderin what you thought of my mates routine i might give it a try in a few months

    mon
    heavy chest and triceps
    bench 5x5 weighted dips 5x5
    delts
    lateral raises 3x15
    tues
    heavy legs
    squats 5x5
    lite back and bis
    cable row 3x15 bbcurls 3x15
    thurs
    lite chest and tris
    inc db 3x15 tri pushdown 3x15
    heavy cavles delts
    calves 5x5 miltary press 5x5
    fri or sat
    lite legs
    leg ex 3x20
    heavy back and bi's
    deads 5x5 chins 5x5

    i quite like the look of it maybe a bit less volme

    i dont like volume for begginer.
    i dont like what days its on.
    mon,tues,thurs,fri/sat you would be ****ed up completly if you hadDOMS after each session.

    agreed, I wud put front squats aswell as squats in their. But also take out cable row and bicep curl, put in Deadlifts and close grip pull ups.
