Either way you need to burn off more kcals than you consume to lose weight. So if your eating maintenance kcals then add some cardio each day to take you into a deficit. trying to 10mins each day after your weights, then up it slowly each week and you'll see the weight fall off.

The 'style' of diet your on doesnt really matter, energy in Vs energy out is what matters most.

If your body atrophy's easily aim to lose 1-2lbs max per week. The slower the better really.
I agree to a degree but IMO carbs need to be present to really stoke up the fat burning furnace and also to free up the protein to do the job of repair and regrowth in a very sensitive phase (ie dieting) Catabolism can strike very quickly on a keto styl diet.
I have done this form in the past but found the going tough and altho I got into condition I rebounded severely afterwards with a 24lb weight gain in 4 days!!!!
Now I get no rebound, I feel great and actually never feel like I am dieting even tho my BF drops to low single figures

Thought you'd say that I'd generally agree with you. Currently I am following the Dave P diet so we'll see how that goes. Hopefully I wont rebound quite as bad as yourself but we'll see.

Any pictorial updates for us James? Not long now!

Is Zhack Khan competing with you or?
