    But from seeing your outline of your abs, how many more percent is it till you can see the at least the 4 pack unflexed Want to know so I know how long I have to wait to bulk again Hopefully one of you experienced cutters out they can help me!

    Yeah, I meant more along lines of from the outline of them showing, what sort of Bf percentage does that tend to occur?

    I would actually say outlines occur for me at 13/14%

    it would have to be really low bf% to see them unflexed.

    but different people have differing characteristics at different bf% levels
