Not really. You cant really say i can leg press 200kg - this means i can squat 200kg as well.

Start your deadlifts really light until you feel your getting good form - tape it from the side and post it to get advice from the guys on here about how you can possibly improve it. Then and only really then you can start adding weight gradually - dont jump from 10kg plates each side to 30kg each side. Do a gradual increase until you find a rep range your comfortable with. Obviously you can edit it pending on what kind of workout your doing ( increased loads etc)

Maybe even if you have a gym instructor ask him to help you out- its not something you see a lot of people doing as many just dismiss legs, even though deadlifts is a all round body worker!

    Hope that helps you!

Yes! In various degrees deadlifts work your quads, hams, glutes, lower back, mid back, upper back, traps, rotator cuffs, neck and forearms... the focus can be shifted somewhat depending upon how you perform the exercise (grip and stance variations etc).

That link is a bit poor on detail. Have a look at what good old wikipedia has to say: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deadlift#Muscles_involved
