I did think about adopting a varied squat stance for hamstring/quad work.
Or I could just use a moderate stance and get the best of both. I just feel that lunges will hepl with balance etc and they are new.
Hmm.....
The only think is i'm not sure how much to change the weight for the different stances. Obviously you're stronger in a wider stance which is where I feel most comfortable.
Ok i'm going to squat every day, workout in 40 minutes!
Forget different stances, just squat the same so you can raise the weight evenly each workout.
Do a single set of SLDL's every workout straight after the squats to target the hammy's and you'll be fine![]()

Ok that's what i'm doing, thanks
I've made a small mistake already though. I train Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday which means i'll not have two days off after the heavy sessions.
Saturday – Light
Tuesday – Light
Thursday – Moderate
Saturday – Moderate
Tuesday – Heavy
Thursday - Heavy
I'll only be doing the second light day tomorrow, should I throw in an extra light day to shuffle the whole routine ahead one day or not worry about it?
Don't worry about it. If you don't feel recovered enough don't be scared of having an extra days rest. Obviously don't do this all the time but for the final couple of workouts when at your limit, it's better no to chance it if you think you're too fatigued.
This HST can really take it out of you!

Ok sounds cool, obviously it would of been better to get my two days rest after two heavy days, but I suppose i'll still get it.
I'm going to try a couple of new supplements I think, especially any that can aid sleep.
I don't know how common it is but I never have a night of uninterupted sleep, I must of woke 4-5 times last night and that's pretty typical.
Started having some taurine before bed and that is helping.
Thanks again!
