i started a half assed attempt at gaining weight and building up my muscles last year and it was a complete failure.

i cant seem to get a routine and program that i like and stick at!!

can anyone help me with a beginners routine so i can kick this year off to a good start and continue with some progress?

at this moment in time i can afford to get a gym membership as i have moved into my own place and im skint!! however i have got a bench and some free weights. EZ curl and straight bar!!

    my stats are:

    5' 11"
    145 lbs
    male
    slim build

any help will be much appreciated!!
