I just reconised that my right tricep sticks out like a tree trunk and that my left tricep is non-existent. So i am thinking about dropping cable push downs for single pulley push downs. What do you's suggest? I was thinking about bench dips too but i dont have a training buddy to set weight on my thinghs so there not much point doing this.

Close grip bench press and like you say a movement to allow each arm to work independantly. Just pick one you like.

You may be able to bring your left side up a bit by doing single arm movements. But most of the time it is just down to genetics and theres not necessarily much you can do about.

Sorry but that is rubbish. Of course you are born with one side slightly bigger than the other, the human body is not symmetrical but you can change that.

So why doesn't everyone have a perfectly symmetrical body?

because they dont. If you check out an anatomy chart you will see. Its not built to be symmetrical but you can appear to be symmetrical. Even then one side will be ever so slightly different in size but not noticable to the naked eye.

I dont quite understand. I'm not saying you can't train to improve/appear symmetrical, but i'm saying you have genetic limtations as to how symmetrical you can appear. For example No-one has the symmetrical lines Flex Wheeler had.
