Currently following this workout: (alternating ABA week 1, then BAB week 2 etc)
    all exercises 3 x 8-12

    A:

    Squats
    Incline DB bench press
    Dips
    Close grip chin ups
    Upright Row
    Incline Hammer curls

    B:

    Deadlifts
    Flat DB BP
    Bent over Row
    Dumbell Soulder Press
    Skull Crushers

However my upper chest is lagging, and although I want to keep going with this schedule for a while longer is there another exercise I could incorporate to build up my upper chest?

I was considering incline flyes after DB BP in workout B??

Or maybe a front lateral raise? any suggestions welcom!

Try checking the angle you set the bench at for Inclines. Sould be between 30 and 40 degrees. Any steeper and the emphasis goes to the shoulders.
