I am glad there is this debate going on as I'm about to start dynamic effort work in my routine and this is clearly all very relevant.
It amazes me that there are about seven reactions that can occur in the CNS before muscle contraction. How complex the CNS is!
So like people here have learnt to take nutrition/supplementation seriously, I think it's amazing ignorant not to believe that such a complicated system such as the CNS couldn't be optimized/manipulated in any significant way!
People say the CNS is the 'final frontier of bodybuilding'. It certainly has some truth in it.
