    Skulls are notorious for being elbow killers in some people, just do a different lift.

    Stop doing them and do dips, cgbp and pushdowns instead. Skullcrushers aren't worth it.

    yeah as soon as they started hurtin on the second set I stopped...I think i'm gonna try cgbp, but never done them before? any tips on form?

    Don't have hands too close together, shoulder width is fine. Keep the weight light at first and concentrate on keeping the triceps working all the time, never let the tension off.
