Excuse my ignorance but what is DC?
Im aware of KP doing DC not sure of anyone else, has anyone in the knowhow any pointers for me?
I have been reading extensivly into this and should be a nice rest from the volume and intesity i have been used too (yes i did say rest).
Im going for at least another stone and half this year so we will see what DC can bring, has anyone else started it?

I have got about 16 pages size 10 printed out and i am going to keep it in my desk at the gym, and if i need to refresh myself on anything i have it lol, dib dib dib and all that.
I just want more on my upper body as most of the weight is going on my legs, im not complaining that im gaining but i might be hammering my upper body too hard with too much volume, so this might work for me.
