when you say a refeed do you mean a day of eating carbs as normal or load up on carbs, and is it no fruit whatsoever?
    cheers

On refeed day (carb up) you make up as low as possible of your macro nutrients from fat and 65% carbs at least! I know people who don't have fruit this day either however I like fruit to much not to have it on carb up! When you start do not carb up for 2 weeks minuimun to get your body more adapted to using fat as a fuel!
