    Could be the problem, do you have any alternative places to dip from? Have a look around for any bits of equipment with parallel pieces of bar/tubing on them. I use scaffolding.

    No, i think either my Quads sti up fairly high or I have small bits.

    dips are the bizz (gironda style)
    bench is great if you do it propelry ie not load up the bar and hoist it up rest pause is simple but effective but although db's are better in every way

    Tried those dips today on the side of the smith machines. Seemed fantastic! i may try get a video of my form as theres limited room for these. I'm doing these with incline db press on bench. Is it better to do a certain one first?Cheers.
