Been going gym regularly on a 3 day split for about 6 months. Overall made decent gains but i feel my pecs are slightly disproportional to my shoulders/arms. Im certainly hitting them hard enough with dumbbell press and occasionally rotating in bench pressing. always feel lasting aches for several days after. Problem is that although they have certainly improved not at the rate of the rest of my body.
Considering working them again on the 3rd day of the split(working them on the first as well). Do you think this will help improve them at a faster rate? Is there anything else i could be doing to help? I take pulse pre workout and protein and carbs post. I have also have a fairly good diet so i don't think this is the problem. Occasionally a slight lack of protein throughout the day but this hasn't effected the growth of muscle in other area's of my body.

Cheers if anyone can offer any help!

Heavy Incline DB Press and Weighted Dips are, in my opinion, the way to a big chest.

Without doubt, performing those two exercises will explode pec growth. Currently the only two chest exercises I do are (barbell) Incline presses and weighted dips... and my pecs are suddenly developing better than they ever have in the past. All that time previously struggling with damn bench presses... oh well.
