    HI All,

Just thought I'd let you all know I'm now 7 weeks in to my 12 week bulk and build and here's my results so far:

    35% strength increase on bench.
    50% increase on dead lifts.
    40% increase on squats.
20% average increase on all other muscles (arms, shoulders etc.)

14 pounds heavier. (now 198 pounds at around 6ft 2", about 15% BF)

Gone from a diet of about 1,200 calories which was 50% junk (tons of chocolate and crisps etc.) to a 100% clean 3,000 calorie diet over 6 meals per day, without a single cheat in the 7 weeks!

Fully logged every workout session in a book I take to the gym with me which after 12 weeks I'll start logging on here .

And to finish it off, went to an other temporary gym tonight where I saw myself in a full body mirror for the first time - Woah!

No pics though until the end of my bulk period (12 weeks) which I'll also show you my start pics

Haha, sorry for this very vain post but I'm really happy how this is progressing and it's thanks to everything I'm learning from everyone on here, and all the great MP supplements!

    - Meshy

Whack it up as you go in my opinion! Wouldn't like to be typing out 12 weeks of training sessions

Definitly makes it all worth while. Want to stick with this for years, as the by products from this sport is all so positive.

Improved fitness, healthy eating, researching, cooking, hard work, self motivation, planning, determination, balance - it's amazing! People around me at work have begin consulting with me on a daily basis questioning what I've learned about food types over the past few months; very satisfying knowing you can help others along with self improvement.

My problem at the moment is time which is why I can't log on here too. I get in a 6:45, gym at 7, out at 8, cooking food for tomorrow and tea - finished at 21:30....

I was thinking about buying 8 shakers and preparing my PWO shakes and morning shakes for the week, is this a good idea? Does mixing things like Whey, Glutamine, and Creatine make it degrade? I'm guessing it doesn't or MP wouldn't sell MRP's hehe.

4000 seems a bit excessive from your pics mate....?
