    Thought you guys might be interested in this ?

    In particular interest to me is the way in which Carl Hayman squats,(in last minute of clip) I've never seen it done like that. You ?

    Yeah box squats are used for power out of the bottom part of the lift.

    Thats how I'd do them, same with my ATG's. Pause for a second...

    You are meant to dissengage hip flexors, i've never tried them but i'm pretty certain you are meant to pause on the box.
