    This thread is to be used as part of my journal.

    My goal is to neither bulk or cut but to gain lean muscle.

    Routine

    Monday

    Pullups (wide grip behind neck) 3 x 6
    Deadlifts 3 x 8
    DB rows 3 x 8
    Shrugs 3 x 8

    BB curl 3 x 8
    Preacher DB curls 3 x 8

    Tuesday
    Cardio session HIIT

    Wednesday

    Military press BB 3 x 8
    Upright rows 3 x 8
    Lateral raises 3 x 8

    Squats 3 x 8
    Leg press 3 x 8
    Calf raises 3 x 8

    Friday

    Flat bench press 3 x 8
    Inclined bench press 3 x 8
    Declined bench press 3 x 8
    Cable flyes 3 x 8

    Skull crushers 3 x 8
    Rope pull downs 3 x 8
    Dips 3 x 8

    Saturday

    Rockclimbing

    Diet

    8am

    2 scoops oats 2 scoops total protein 1 heaped teaspoon Leucine handful of blueberries (in semi skimmed milk)
    Multivit
    GSE

    11am

    Tuna and cucumber sandwich on brown bread

    1pm

    Tuna and cucumber sandwich on brown bread

    2pm

    Creatine, hmb, arginine mix

    WORKOUT

    3pm

    2 scoops of total protein 1 heaped teaspoon Leucine (in water)

    3:30pm

    Banana
    Handfull of nuts (walnuts or almonds)

    6pm

    250g of mince (Aberdeen angus) half a tin of chopped toms and half a tin of kidney beans with some spices cooked in rapeseed oil. (chilli)

    8pm

    200g of chicken breast and 1 pepper skewered

    10pm
    2 scoops total protein table spoon of peanut butter (in semi skimmed milk)
    1 multivit
    6 omega 3 caps

    Try putting this in the journal section. Also maybe consider bulking properly then cutting later for more effective results?

    I also think the routine needs a bit of work tbh. You have as many exercises for your whole legs as you have souly for your triceps, before you even take into account the work they will have had from 3 types of benchpress. possibly have a look at one of the routines in the routine section on the forums?

    So what would you recommend for the legs other than squats leg press and calf raises ?
    I see your point on the tris, but I have tried numerous routines and this is what works for me.

    nah, I'm not going the bulk cut route, I've just finished a cut and I dont want to put any fat on. Lets see what happens...
