Hi, I joined a Health Club (esporta) in early November and have been going 5-6times a week doing weights and cardio, feel free to critisise me. My aim is to build muscle and size, I don't have a particular work out, but I do enjoy swimming. Please could you help me sort out a work out I plan on doing weights for 4-5 days and cardio on the others to make 6 days a week. Below are things I think that will help.
Stats:
6.1-2 ft
Weight: 79-80kg
Age:17
11% body fat
Diet:
I typically workout in the morning from 7-8am.
Meal One: (pre workout)
Bowl of quakers oats 27g and 200ml milk
Hydrolsed protein(20g) and 3-4g of CEE, 350ml of orange juice
Meal two: PWO
2 wholemeal pieces of bread, 3 eggs and milk
Banana or apple
Meal Three: Lunch
Tuna sandwichs x2 (one tine of tuna and 4 slices of wholemeal bread)
Piece of fruit or a yoghurt
Meal Four:
Usually a snack more than a meal, typically a bowl of muesli and fruit.
Meal Five: Tea
Meat + veg
Meal Six:
Omlette or drained beans on toast or jacket potato etc
I snack on oats, cereal bars, fruit through the day
The only supplements have at the moment are Hydrolsed Protein whey and Cee however I am going to order somemore after feedback.
I plan on getting:
Whey protein
Milk Protein
Oats and waxy maise starch
Maybe some dextrose and some vitamins?
