    I have tried these. They do have a downside when taken at the same time as whey. At least in my case. Whey you see tends to give me wind.

    The first time I took these together I had rather a large amount of wind depart my cheeks, the unfortunate downside of this was that the suppository excited at rather a quick rate of knots. I happened to be bending down to deadlift at the time. The cube excited so fast it blasted a hole in my shorts flew across the gym into the CV area, bounced of a rather attractive young ladies head, causing her to fly backwards of the dreadmill at an alarming rate. She in turn tripped a guy who was walking past, who fell onto a 70year old on the rowing machine. He in turn let go of the cable which smashed the glass over looking the pool. Showeriing many below.

    The moral of this: Don't stick a sugar cube up your ass or you'll cause whey too much trouble.
