  1. Default Holding for 1 second on Incline Bench Press...

    On an episode of the fitshow which I am sure a lot of you will have seen, the bodybuilder advises to to hold for one second when you bring the bar onto your chest instead of pushing straight back up.

    What are your thoughts on this?

    Is this the same one were they tell you to squeeze hard at the top?
