I go in between the two, I just press were feels most natural and strongest.
I was reading that Vince Gironda recommended doing incline dumbbell bench presses with palms facing inwards (like a hammer grip) as the usual grip (palms facing forwards) puts more emphasis on the delts.
Does anyone on here use this method for dbell bench pressing?

what is this fashion with digging up vince gironda stuff on here?
if you feel it more in your delts you are possibly using too much weight and your form is crap basically. use a lighter weight, work on your form (check exrx.net if your stuck) and learn to feel the muscle contracting on each rep. when you have that mastered increase the weight.
Can everyone stop thinking so much.please?
That's my fault!Quote

Like bion, I hold the weights where it feels most comfortable which is between the two extremes.
Also with inclime, you need a very shallow incline as a deeper incline involves the front delts too much.
I must admit i twist the dumbells a bit tom make it more comfortable
I've always done Incline on the lowest setting possible. Layne aka Str8flexed advises this too
