    I dont usually take anything before training usuall just have water but have been reading and wanna see what you guys think

    the only supplements i have is wms,creatine,whey and oats

    what could i come up with that and when should i take it and how much

    A proper meal an hour before (low GI carbs & protein). Or just have some whey and oats...

    Depends how much calories you need.

    60-100g Oats
    30g Whey

    ive been keeping an eye on what i eat but not so much my calories

    i dont really have a good guide of how much thing are calorie whise

    i done a shake yesterday of 30g of oats,30 protein and 2.5g of creatine and seemed alright

    done the same today and fell fine

    protein and carbs are 4kcal per gram
    fat is 9kcal per gram
    alcohol is 7kcal per gram (but i have no idea how you'd work that one out)

    I have a banana, 30g of whey and about 70g of oats all blended in a milkshake about an hour before I train......tastes great and does the trick!

    meant to say that I usually train early in the morning, otherwise I'd do like dope say's......
