    If any of you are looking for decent photos of how to use free weights or bars properly please have a look at the following downloads from the york fitness website:

    Ther are various other wallcharts available with clear photos.

    Please god tell me the deadlift isn't your favourite exercise and that you were being sarcastic. I know no-one who actually 'enjoys' leg day. Everything else feels great, legs however just hurt!
