Its worth just getting yourself down to the docs to have it checked out just incase.
today i was sitting eating my 2nd meal and i lent over to put my box in my bag and i felt something painful in my lower back region, cant pinpoint what it is, unsure if its muscular or spinal i cant really lean over to the left any more without the pain and when i walk it feels asthough someone is lightly nipping my back. its defo not a good pain/ache from training so i was wondering if anyone had a suggestion what it could be..
sitting at home with deap heat on and ive just had a lecture about going to the gym and training hard.. fun.

certainly, i have booked an appointment, just seeing if anyone has an opinion on what it could be and advice for pain relief etc.

Ibuprofen tablets or rub-in gel can ease the pain and calm down any imflammation in the muscles, assuming that it could be the muscle. Although it sounds more like the spine to me. I'm not an expert though.
Perhaps a hot bath would help relax it, and stick some ice packs on there before bed and in the morning and that could help calm the pain as well.
Although if it is the spine that's hurting then I don't know if those points will help pain there. No harm in trying.
okay thanks for the advice. also i was wondering if it is wise to go on a bus or not?
