Hello Alex,
Yep, that's what I thought and I'm glad to hear it. James was interviewed by a BB magazine and said he's only been BB for 7 years and there's much more than 14lb of muscle mass on show.
What do you think a reasonable lb'age of muscle growth can be achieved on what we consume and hard training. Royal We that is.
On a serious note, if you want to get anywere with your training you need a blue tshirt.
Extract from arnold schwarzenegger
" i put my success down to eating right and training hard but the real key to my success was my blue tshirt i always worn to training"
lol, good to see you getting a journal underway james and look forward to reading it![]()

I think its a bit of the new training and just the rebound after the diet. I always make good use of the rebound effect. After competing 15 times in 4.5 years you would expect to make very few gains but I have managed to gain over 25lbs of lean mass in that time and a lot I attribute to the small window after shows.

No problem.
Cardio is performed mon-fri and is 20 mins of fairly high intensity on a xtrainer and tread.
Before I take some caffeine (200mgs), sida cordifolia (2 caps) and some glutamine (10g)
After I take 55g WMS, 55g Impact whey, 5g glutamine, 3g beta alanine and 3g acetyl l carnitine. My body soaks this up like a sponge, then 60 mins later I have 50g oats, 20g raisins and 40g of Total protein.
Yeah the DVD may well now be added to. Half from 2006 and the other half of my prep for this years British Champs.
