The only thing i have considered is the lack of deadlifts and whether to put in a 5x5 on the heavy lower day instead of squats?
Im starting a cut again as my previous 1 got interrupted by a holiday amoungst other things and got a bit derailed. Im looking at doing a mix of routines as apposed to trying to just follow a typical cut routine of high reps/ supersetting so only be doing this on 2 out of the 4 days. So it is an upper/lower split working between heavy on 2 days and supersetting on 2 days,
Monday - Superset Upper 8-10 reps
A1 - Flat Bench Press x 4
A2 - Bent Over Row x 4
B1 - Dumbell shoulder press x 4
B2 - Close grip chin ups x 4
C1 - Dumbell Curls x 3
C2 - Tricep Extention x 3
Tuesday - Heavy Lower
Squat 4x6
Calf Raise 4x6
Straight Leg Straight Back Deadlift 4x6
Leg Press 3x8
Weds - Rest
Thurs - Heavy Upper
Flat Dumbbell Bench press 3x6
Bent over Row 3x6
Military Press 3x6
Wide Grip Pull ups 3x8
Dips 3x8
Cable Bicep curl 2x10
Cable Flyes 2x10
Friday - Superset Lower
A1 - Jump Squat 6x10
A2 - Calf Raise 6x10
B1 - Straight Leg Straight Back Deadlift 6x10
B2 - Front Squat or Lunges 6x10
I'd also be looking to do some HIIT Cardio a couple of times a week after workouts (10 - 15mins).
My main concern with this is about the volume I dont know if I should drop cable flyes from Thursdays.
Any advice any1 has greatly received.
Try doing deadlifts every 2nd week. You will still grow with placing them every second week, and when it comes down to it you will be able to give it a better effort and save your back

Deadlifts as apposed to squats every alternate weeks on heavy days then you reckon? How about the volume I wasnt sure if Thursdays was a bit much?
