I did that for a few months and got some good gains![]()
Im getting bored of my current PPL routine and am looking to start a new routine soon, just wanted some feedback on the following routine for a lean bulk
Saturday - Upper body
DB Bench press 3x6
Barbell bent over row 3x6
Incline dumbbell press 2x10
Wide Grip Chin Ups 8x3
Bench Dips 2x10
Dumbbell curls 2x10
Sunday - Lower body
Squat 3x6
SLDL 3x6
Leg extension 2x10
Calf Raises 3x6
Tuesday - Upper body
Incline dumbbell press 3x6
DB Shoulder press 3x8
Lateral raise 3x8
Wide Grip Chin Ups 8x3
Dumbbell curls 2x10
CGBP 2x10
Thursday - Lower body
Deadlift 3x6
Front Squat 3x6
Leg curl 2x10
Calf raise 3x10
so, what do you think? any changes that need to be made? (i train at home so only have free weights and a chin up bar)
