    hi, does any body know of any websites that offer 3 day a wk training routines at about an hour a time (not including warm up/down, streatching).

    im new to B/B and the books i have offer 4 days a wk which im unable to do.

    Personally I would advise the 5x5 routine.

    However I thing most people here encourage the push pull legs routine.
